KIT (Kids in Transition) Collaborative

Vision: All at-risk children and families living in Morgan, Berkeley and Jefferson counties will receive the services needed through a customer friendly system of care model.
Mission: To enhance the quality of community- based treatment options to permit early intervention for at-risk children and families in the WV Eastern Panhandle through needs identification, service development, education and referral to community-based care providers.

Wednesday of every month from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Berkeley
County DHHR.
