Vision: Morgan, Berkeley and Jefferson Counties: Healthy Places/Healthy People
Mission: Identifying and linking resources in the community to promote health and wellness across the lifespan.
Goals:
Focus for 2010: To conduct a community-driven assessment of the
factors that affect community health in Morgan, Berkeley and
Jefferson counties by using Mobilizing for Action through Planning
and Partnerships (MAPP).

Meetings:
The Health Work Group generally meets the third Monday of every
month at noon in the second floor conference room in the Dorothy
McCormack Center on the City Hospital Campus.
